- Managing all BSS activities like INDOOR and OUTDOOR BTS ( DBS3900, BTS3900) installation, commissioning, Integration, and Swap BTS sites to their Pre-ATP and ATP till FAC.
- On site Configuration of NodeB and eNodeB services Through WDT.
- Installation of 3G/4G equipment and their troubleshooting.
- Site surveys and proposing solution plans for upgrade to NodeB/eNodeB.
- Involved in Complete Site Handling, Site Installation, Site Progress report and coordination with team, vendor & operator.
- Onsite Configuration & software up gradation of MW link (Huawei RTN 9xx) and BTS.
- Troubleshooting of TXN media availability and providing end to end media connections.
- Configuring of 3G services, loop check on Cross connections and E1 configurations from MW RTN for new rollout sites.
- MW Link integration and link configurations.
- Monitoring and improving the performance of the Engineers & Teams
- Attend Meeting with customer, make plan for new sites and discussion on highlighted issues
