- KPIs improvement plan for yearly target
- Responsible for maintaining and improving 2G/3G/4G DT KPIs, redesign and planning for New Roll-Out Sites Optimization of Major cities of the region to Improve overall User perception/experience of the Network
- Pre/Post Site re-homing, BSC cutover, BSC migration activities and rectification follow-ups
- Analysis of Customer Complaint Trends & Heat Maps to make Optimization plans.
- Optimization to improve worst cells for all major OSS KPIs (RLT, HOSR, CSSR, Quality etc)
