Lead Architect

Constructiv Group is seeking a Lead Architect to join their team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping the architectural vision and ensuring the delivery of cohesive, scalable, and secure solutions across various projects. The Lead Architect will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define architecture standards and lead solution design efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain architecture standards that ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable designs.
- Lead solution design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical approaches with business goals.
- Review and refine technical and architectural designs, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
- Provide hands-on support for complex software development activities when necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
- Assess risks, trade-offs, and technical decisions to balance quality, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Participate actively in project planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to processes and tools.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in architecture and architectural design, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency in software development and integration, including experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and system interoperability.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading architecture efforts for distributed or cloud-based systems is highly advantageous.
- Background in mentoring or coaching technical teams and establishing standards or best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-management, collaboration, and documentation skills.
