Lead Cabin Crew

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Flight Services team as Cabin Crew members. The ideal candidates will have relevant certification or experience, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, and possess the resilience to perform effectively under pressure. This role requires flexibility in working hours and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a high standard of service and safety for passengers. Candidates will be based at the Islamabad Airport and will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional in-flight experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger safety throughout the flight.
- Manage and resolve in-flight issues calmly and efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure or stressful situations.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including irregular shifts and weekends, as required by flight schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth flight operations.

Required Qualifications
- Valid LCC Certification or a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as Cabin Crew.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with passengers and colleagues.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate flight schedules.
