- Manage end-to-end customer provisioning and onboarding, meeting turnaround commitments and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Monitor platform capacity and performance by assessing workloads, forecasting resource requirements, and enforcing workload acceptance based on agreed thresholds.
- Strengthen platform reliability by reviewing technical changes, providing expertise on complex issues, and leading remediation efforts in partnership with Platform Operations.
- Act as the technical design authority for hosted cloud solutions, supporting solution engineering and pre-sales teams in evaluating platform feasibility for complex customer needs.

- Proven experience with multi-tenant cloud or hosting platforms operating under defined availability commitments.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing major platform upgrades, infrastructure expansions, or migrations in live environments, including structured testing and risk management.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding and provisioning processes on shared platforms, including turnaround and capacity management.
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing provisioning or delivery queues alongside technical change initiatives.
- Expertise in VMware technologies such as vSphere, vCenter, Cloud Director, and NSX, including experience with major version migrations.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise compute, Linux administration, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and platform networking, including tenant isolation and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Familiarity with container platforms (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift), public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and hybrid cloud environments is advantageous.
- Understanding of multi-tenancy, identity and access management, provisioning automation, self-service portals, and capacity modeling.
- Ability to assess complex customer workloads, forecast infrastructure needs, and make data-driven technical decisions.
- Experience working with regulated environments, particularly financial services, with knowledge of audit requirements, SLAs, and contractual availability.
- Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP/VCAP, Red Hat OpenShift, storage/backup vendor certifications, or ITIL are preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Comfortable managing change in live production environments, coordinating across teams and partners, and supporting change windows outside regular hours.
