Lead Expert

NES Consultancy is seeking a Lead Expert to join their team in the Mandi Bahauddin District. This full-time role offers flexible working arrangements, including on-site, remote, and hybrid options. The Lead Expert will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized advisory services to clients, focusing on international education, admissions counseling, visa assistance, and career development. The position requires managing client cases, coordinating with universities, employers, and partner organizations, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. This role also involves designing tailored solutions for students and professionals, contributing to business consultancy projects, mentoring junior staff, and enhancing internal processes while maintaining high ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client advisory services related to education guidance, admissions counseling, visa support, and career planning.
- Manage and maintain client case files with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with application and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with universities, employers, and international partners to facilitate smooth client experiences.
- Lead consultations and develop customized solutions for students and professionals seeking international opportunities.
- Contribute to business consultancy projects, including recruitment, company formation, and taxation guidance for local and international clients.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven advisory and counseling skills, preferably in education consultancy, career guidance, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, admissions procedures, visa regulations, and global employment trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of explaining complex information clearly and building trust with diverse clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing applications, records, and compliance documentation.
- Experience in business consultancy, recruitment, or human resources, including a basic understanding of company formation and taxation.
- Proficiency in common office software, online application portals, and digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in consultancy, education agencies, or international placement firms is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Mandi Bahauddin District and effectively manage multiple client cases within a dynamic team environment.
