We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with a strong product mindset and extensive hands-on experience in building AI-native applications. This role requires ownership of product areas end-to-end, including technical planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in both backend and frontend development while providing technical leadership and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own features and product areas from scoping and technical specification through to production delivery.
- Create detailed technical plans and specifications prior to development, adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing best practices.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy 2.0, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Pydantic v2, Celery, and Redis.
- Build modern frontend applications leveraging React, TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS.
- Utilize Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end testing frameworks to ensure robust deployments.
- Integrate AI coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools into daily development workflows.
- Review and validate AI-generated code to maintain high standards of quality, security, and correctness.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI products.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while actively contributing to development tasks.

Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills with Python/Flask on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend.
- Proficient with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy 2.0, and RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience working with Docker, AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and TDD methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a strong product ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pgvector or similar vector database technologies.
- Background in building large language model (LLM) applications or AI/Generative AI pipelines.
- Experience developing multi-tenant SaaS applications.
