Lead Generation & Business Development Executive

Thrill Edge Technologies is seeking a motivated Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our international web development client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating communication, and collaborating with our development team to convert leads into successful projects. This role is based in Lahore and requires on-site presence. It offers a full-time opportunity for someone confident in generating genuine international leads and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email campaigns, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct personalized outreach to generate qualified leads and engage prospects.
- Manage initial client communications, including timely follow-ups to nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect records, providing daily progress reports to the management team.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads into active projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, and cold email strategies.
- Excellent research and prospecting abilities to identify high-potential clients.
- Ability to work towards targets and meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs).
