Lead Generation Coordinator (Leadership Track)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Team Lead to oversee a growing lead generation team based in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of $350 per month, with additional monthly performance bonuses averaging $100 or more. The schedule includes Monday to Friday, plus a half-day on Saturday. This position is ideal for someone eager to step into their first leadership role, develop management skills, and work closely with a small team. No prior management experience is required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the willingness to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of a lead generation team consisting of 3-4 members
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet and exceed performance targets
- Perform lead generation and outreach activities alongside the team
- Track and analyze daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor productivity and implement workflow improvements
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to remove blockers for the team
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
- Explore and recommend new strategies to enhance results and efficiency
- Ensure high-quality execution across all outreach efforts

Required Qualifications
