Lead Generation, Data Scraping and Cold Email Campaigns Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our AI lead generation agency as an on-site Lead Generation Specialist based in Karachi. This role is located in our office in the FB Area, Block 14, near Water Pump. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building targeted email lists, managing cold email campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy to support our clients’ growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Build email lists tailored to the client’s ideal customer profile.
- Extract lead data from websites and LinkedIn using tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Sales Navigator.
- Verify email addresses and maintain clean, accurate data records.
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns using platforms like Instantly.ai and SmartLead.
- Write compelling email copy and conduct A/B testing to optimize response rates.
- Warm up email accounts and domains, including setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.
- Track campaign results and provide straightforward weekly reports.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lead generation, data scraping, or managing cold email campaigns.
- Proficiency with scraping and cold email tools.
- Strong written English skills, with the ability to craft effective cold emails.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily targets.
