Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist (Only Male)

SHARKWEB LTD is seeking motivated professionals to join its Lead Generation and Email Marketing Department. This full-time, onsite position is based in Lahore, Johar Town, with working hours aligned to the US time zone from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on driving B2B lead generation and executing targeted, high-converting email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Utilize audience targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain data quality by managing list hygiene, minimizing bounce rates, and ensuring clean, accurate contact databases.
- Use a variety of tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, GMass, and other data scraping and verification tools to support lead generation and email marketing efforts.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and email marketing, particularly within a B2B context.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
- Experience using sales intelligence and contact enrichment platforms such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, and GMass.
- Strong understanding of data hygiene practices to maintain high deliverability and engagement rates.
- Educational background includes certification in Digital Marketing or a degree such as BS, Matriculation, or Intermediate.
