Lead Generation Executive – Digital Marketing

Mindcob is a digital marketing and web development agency based in Canada, offering services such as SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website design and development, and digital marketing. We are seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executives. The role involves reaching out to Canadian businesses, introducing our service offerings, identifying potential clients, and generating qualified leads to support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across Canada to present Mindcob’s digital marketing and web development services.
- Generate qualified leads related to SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, web design, web development, and digital marketing.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from enhanced search visibility, website performance, and online marketing strategies.
- Communicate professionally with business owners, company representatives, and decision-makers to build rapport and trust.
- Ask insightful questions to understand prospects’ business needs and uncover sales opportunities.
- Accurately collect and maintain prospect information, including business names, contact details, and lead status.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed and keep organized records of calls and lead progress.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation in progress or completed graduation.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in cold calling, telemarketing, B2B lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong spoken English with clear, confident communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, websites, and digital marketing concepts.
- Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
- Strong research skills to identify suitable business prospects within the Canadian market.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, and online research tools.
- Self-motivated, professional, persistent, and comfortable working toward performance targets.

Work Location and Schedule
This is an on-site position based at our office in Lahore, Pakistan (E1-71, WAPDA Town). Candidates must be willing to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Pay range: Rs24,000 to Rs75,000 per month.
