Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking motivated Lead Generation Executives to join our team for travel-related campaigns based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves making outbound calls and managing customer chats to provide relevant information, engage potential customers, generate leads, and schedule appointments. Candidates will work primarily during night shifts and contribute to the growth of our customer base by delivering excellent service and maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce travel offers and services.
- Handle customer chats professionally, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Engage customers in positive and meaningful conversations to build interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads while maintaining customer engagement.
- Schedule appointments and conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Provide accurate and detailed information related to the travel campaigns.
- Maintain professional communication standards and consistently meet daily performance targets.

Required Qualifications

- Age between 17 and 29 years.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confident, customer-friendly personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Fresh graduates and newcomers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
