Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a dedicated LinkedIn Lead Generation specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying and generating high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn prospecting and outreach. This role requires a target-oriented and results-driven individual who can effectively contribute to our business growth by leveraging LinkedIn as a primary lead generation platform. The position is based in Kazimabad, Model Colony, Karachi, near Jinnah International Airport, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify and generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Conduct targeted prospecting and outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on lead generation performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Continuously optimize outreach methods to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting tools and outreach techniques.
- Proven ability to identify and generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned working hours.
