Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A, Karachi

Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM | Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads for mobile applications, websites, custom software development, AI solutions, and other IT services.
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, online directories, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct market research to identify target industries, businesses, and decision-makers.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients for the sales team.
Find relevant business opportunities and reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
Collect and maintain accurate prospect information, including contact details, company profiles, and project requirements.
Qualify leads based on business needs, project scope, and potential for conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups.
Track daily lead generation activities and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and progress using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a software house or IT services company.
Proven experience generating leads for mobile app development, website development, custom software, or other IT services.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, online research, and lead generation tools.
Familiarity with B2B outreach, email research, and identifying key decision-makers.
Basic understanding of software development and digital services.
Good English communication, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to identify relevant prospects and maintain accurate lead databases.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
