Lead Generation Executive

Catchworld International is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our Design Domain team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gulshan Block 6, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will focus on generating qualified leads by engaging with business owners in the US market, promoting our design and digital services, and supporting the sales team in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound cold calling efforts.
- Reach out to US-based business owners to introduce and explain our design and digital service offerings.
- Identify potential clients interested in website design, graphic design, branding, and other digital solutions.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their business needs and requirements.
- Transfer qualified leads to senior sales executives for follow-up and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, or international sales is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in engaging US-based clients.
- Ability to identify and generate high-quality leads effectively.
- A target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
