Lead Generation Executive

Marten Digitals is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help identify potential clients for our design and development services. The ideal candidate will have experience in online prospecting, cold calling, and converting leads into paying clients. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in pitching services, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, business directories, and other online resources.
- Conduct thorough research on businesses to find and connect with key decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Effectively present our services and address any client objections.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and schedule meetings to advance the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and provide daily progress reports.
- Work diligently to achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales.
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, and other online lead research tools.
- Confidence in pitching services and handling rejection professionally.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in selling website design or development services is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Performance will be assessed based on the number of qualified leads generated, outreach activities such as calls and emails, meetings booked, clients acquired, and revenue generated.

This position is based in Gulshan e Iqbal, Main NIPA, Karachi, with in-person work requirements. The working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs120,000, depending on experience and performance.
