Lead Generation Executive

Appearls Technologies is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads specifically for our Web and Graphic Design services. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing potential clients through various online platforms and maintaining a robust database of prospects. The position is based in-office, offering an opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by leveraging platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Identify and engage potential clients through social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Scrape and collect relevant data to build a comprehensive list of leads for web and design projects.
- Develop and maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company’s reach.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation and web scraping techniques.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, as well as social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong research abilities paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
