Lead Generation Executive - US Market

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to focus on the U.S. market. This role involves driving business growth through strategic B2B outreach, email marketing, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with U.S.-based clients, strong communication skills, and proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM platforms. This position is based in Karachi, with office hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality B2B leads primarily through cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Utilize lead generation and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other similar platforms to identify potential clients.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage prospects.
- Organize, maintain, and update lead databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the U.S.-based sales team to facilitate business development.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation targeting the U.S. market.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
- Ability to work during the specified office hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing environments will be an advantage.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and profile.
