Lead Generation Executives/CSR (Part Time)

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team at 1AZ0 Marketing. This role is focused solely on lead generation, with no sales targets, making it ideal for freshers and students looking for a stress-free work environment. The position operates on a night shift schedule and offers flexible employment options including full-time and part-time. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. The work location requires in-person attendance, and female candidates residing near Johar or Gulshan areas will benefit from a pick-and-drop service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
- Follow up on leads to ensure engagement and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing business development

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matric/O Levels/A Levels or higher, with Intermediate preferred
- Good spoken and written English skills, with fluency required
- Reside nearby Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi (preferred for logistical convenience)
