We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Lead Generators. This remote role involves generating leads through outbound telemarketing calls during night hours. Candidates must be based in Lahore and have the necessary equipment and skills to perform effectively. The position offers a competitive monthly salary and the convenience of working from home, with a schedule from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to identify and generate potential leads
- Maintain clear, professional communication with prospects in English
- Accurately document and report lead information in a timely manner
- Consistently meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Adhere to the night shift schedule, working flexible hours from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Ownership of a laptop to carry out telemarketing tasks efficiently
- Use of earphones or headphones to ensure clear audio during calls
- Residency in Lahore, as this role is location-specific
- Ability and willingness to work the designated night shift hours (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
