KGT Global is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join their team in Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time position focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. The role involves conducting detailed research, managing outreach efforts through various digital channels, and maintaining CRM systems to support the sales team. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts. The salary offered ranges from PKR 120,000 to 180,000 per month, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients using online tools and platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Regularly update and maintain lead databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records.
- Use automation tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and provide accurate reporting on lead status.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in lead generation or sales support roles.
- Proficiency with lead generation and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
