Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, demonstrating strong prospecting and outreach skills. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively identify potential clients and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify and generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Conduct targeted prospecting and outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets consistently.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting tools and outreach techniques.
- Proven ability to identify and generate quality B2B leads.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Details:
- Salary range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month.
- Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Location: Kazimabad, Model Colony, Karachi (near Jinnah International Airport).
