Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with practical experience using platforms like Upwork and Bark. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to find, qualify, and convert leads into genuine business opportunities. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of effectively communicating with potential clients to support our sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through Upwork and Bark platforms.
- Identify relevant projects and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate with potential clients to qualify leads and assess business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead data and client pipelines to ensure accurate tracking.
- Coordinate closely with sales and business development teams to align efforts.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly lead generation targets to support company growth.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation specifically via Upwork and Bark.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes, proposal writing, and client outreach strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Ability to accurately identify client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation.
