Lead Generation Specialist

EvolveDash, a B2B software services and consultancy firm serving mid-market clients across the US and Canada, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join their Lahore-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or related roles and will be responsible for identifying and engaging with the right companies and decision-makers to generate qualified leads that convert into business opportunities. This role emphasizes quality over quantity in lead generation efforts and offers a competitive salary along with performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed research on companies in the US and Canada that align with the ideal customer profile. Identify and verify key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, and product or technology leaders. Build and maintain segmented prospect lists based on industry, company size, location, and role. Execute outbound outreach through multiple channels including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, freelance platforms like Upwork, online communities, industry directories, referrals, and partnerships. Manage a high volume of cold calls, skillfully handle objections, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. Develop and manage personalized cold email and LinkedIn sequences with consistent follow-ups. Qualify leads based on criteria such as need, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority before passing them to sales. Maintain accurate CRM records with updated lead status, notes, and next steps. Track weekly performance metrics including prospects researched, conversations initiated, qualified leads generated, and meetings booked. Continuously experiment with new outreach channels and messaging strategies, focusing on those that deliver the best results. Collaborate weekly with leadership to review outcomes and refine targeting and messaging approaches.

Required Qualifications
A-Levels or bachelor’s degree. Between 1 to 3 years of B2B experience in lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or outbound sales. Experience in software services, IT consultancy, or technology companies is highly preferred. Excellent written and spoken English skills, capable of daily communication with North American business owners and executives. Confidence in making cold calls and managing a high volume of calls. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. Familiarity with cold email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist. Comfortable using CRMs, Google Sheets, and Excel. Strong research skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy. Resilient and persistent, with a consistent follow-up approach and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Basic understanding of software development, mobile applications, or AI services is a plus.
