Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

PixelTech is a boutique agency dedicated to helping med spas and aesthetic clinics across the United States—specializing in Botox, fillers, and skin treatments—stop losing leads and consistently fill their appointment calendars. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses entirely on research and data collection, with no selling, closing, or phone calls involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify med spas and aesthetic clinics in the US using Google Maps.
- For each clinic, accurately collect and record the following information: clinic name, city, website, phone number, Instagram handle, owner or manager name, and email address.
- Verify whether each clinic’s website offers online booking and note this as a simple yes or no.
- Add a brief one-line comment highlighting any broken links or missing information on the website.
- Organize and enter all gathered data into a Google Sheet, ensuring it is clean, well-formatted, and error-free.
- Maintain a high volume of accurate leads consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail, as even a single incorrect digit can render a lead unusable.
- Proficiency in locating email addresses through various sources such as website contact pages, Instagram bios, and staff directories.
- Basic skills in Google Sheets, including managing rows and columns without formatting errors.
- Ability to commit to working 4–5 hours per day, five days a week.
- Reliable internet connection to support consistent remote work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using email-finding tools like Apollo or Hunter is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior experience building cold outreach lists will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Work Structure
- Payment is PKR 8,000 for every 100 completed and verified leads.
- Compensation is paid weekly, providing regular income.
- There is no cap on volume; those who want more work can take on additional leads.
- High-performing specialists may be offered a monthly retainer after 30 days of consistent quality work.
