This role offers a three-month paid trial period with the possibility of long-term employment based on performance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation by reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn and follow up with warm leads in a professional and persistent manner, targeting approximately 20 booked appointments per month.
- Edit short-form marketing videos, including social media reels and promotional content, for both client and agency use.
- Assist with basic website updates, edits, and development tasks to support ongoing digital operations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent and professional English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential due to direct interaction with Canadian business owners. Candidates must demonstrate confident and natural English proficiency.
- Recent graduates in marketing, communications, IT, or related fields are preferred.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up, including phone calls and messaging prospects without hesitation.
- Basic familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of website platforms like WordPress is advantageous but not mandatory.
