Decode Digital is seeking motivated and confident Cold Callers to join our team on-site at PIA Road, Lahore. This full-time role involves making outbound calls to US-based businesses during US business hours (night shift in Pakistan) to introduce our digital marketing services, generate leads, and help expand our client base. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided for suitable applicants. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to pitch website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through effective communication.
- Handle objections professionally and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Book appointments and maintain accurate lead records in the system.
- Consistently meet daily calling and lead-generation targets to support company growth.
