Decode Digital is seeking motivated and confident Cold Callers to join our team on-site at PIA Road, Lahore. This full-time role involves making outbound calls to US-based businesses during US business hours (night shift in Pakistan). The primary goal is to introduce our digital marketing services, generate qualified leads, and help expand our client base. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided for suitable applicants. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to promote website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through effective communication and lead generation techniques.
- Handle objections professionally and follow up with prospects to nurture leads.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
- Consistently meet daily calling and lead-generation targets to support company growth.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
