Salary: PKR 150,000–160,000 per month + annual bonus & increments

Jawaan Champions, the flagship youth development initiative of ZVMG Rangoonwala Trust, is revolutionizing Physical Education in Pakistan through the country’s first Modified Sports Curriculum. Partnering with over 520 schools, reaching more than 172,000 students, and training 1,271+ teachers, we are creating a nationwide movement alongside government bodies, international organizations, and private sector partners. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead – Marketing to drive our national marketing efforts, enhance brand positioning, manage communications, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a compelling storyteller capable of translating our impact, teacher training, student success, and organizational milestones into engaging campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy for the organization.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, the website, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling content highlighting field impact, teacher training, student development, and organizational projects.
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, proposals, briefs, presentations, and impact reports.
- Lead media relations efforts and secure thought-leadership and media opportunities.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, vendors, freelancers, and other external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand communication.
- Oversee marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.
- Track outreach, engagement, and ROI metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Support fundraising and strategic partnerships through effective communication and marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, PR, or brand management.
- Experience in the nonprofit, education, development, or social impact sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong content writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic proficiency with content creation and design tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders, including schools, communities, corporate, and diplomatic partners.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills.
