Lead Presentation & Visual Designer ( IT Industry )

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead Presentation & Visual Designer to join a prominent client in the IT industry. This remote position, based in Karachi, offers a monthly salary range of PKR 35,000 to 75,000. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply. The role focuses on delivering high-impact presentation designs and visual storytelling to enhance corporate communications through dynamic and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, the designer will bring ideas to life using original illustrations, AI-assisted visual generation, UX/UI design, and professional graphic design techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Animation: Develop, structure, and animate engaging PowerPoint decks that transform complex data and information into compelling visual narratives.

Web & UX/UI Design: Create modern, user-centered web layouts and digital interfaces by applying strong UX/UI principles and wireframing techniques.

Illustration & Vector Art: Produce original freehand illustrations, digital sketches, and vector graphics for presentations, digital media, and branding purposes.

AI Image Generation: Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E to generate and refine professional visual concepts and creative assets.

Graphic Design: Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and enhance a variety of visual assets and marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on presentation design, animation, and visual storytelling.

Practical knowledge of UX/UI design, wireframing, and modern web design aesthetics.

Strong skills in freehand illustration, digital sketching, and vector design using Adobe Illustrator.

Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and effective prompt writing.

Good command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

A strong portfolio showcasing presentation decks, illustrations, AI-assisted concepts, and web/digital design projects.
