Lead Qualifier

Grey Construction Group is looking for a motivated Lead Qualifier to join its growing sales team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position focuses on managing and qualifying a large number of leads to support the company’s sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and target-driven, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as the role involves maintaining accurate records and consistently meeting daily and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities
Efficiently qualify and manage a high volume of incoming leads to ensure the sales pipeline remains active and productive. Communicate confidently and professionally with potential clients to assess their needs and interest. Identify qualified prospects and work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and statuses. Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and contribute to overall sales growth. Consistently meet or exceed established daily and monthly lead qualification targets.

Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with potential clients. Strong organizational abilities and discipline are necessary to manage a large workload and maintain accurate records. A target-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up persistently and professionally is required. Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service will be considered an advantage. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000. The position is based in the Karachi office and requires on-site attendance.
