The role involves conducting field visits to customers to collect overdue payments, deliver collection notices when necessary, verify customer locations, and support recovery efforts. This position requires strict adherence to the Bank’s collection policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers at their residences or business premises to facilitate timely payments and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their residential or business addresses to collect overdue payments.
- Facilitate payments through approved digital or banking channels whenever possible.
- Collect cash or cheques only if explicitly authorized by the Bank, following strict cash-handling procedures, and issue official payment receipts for any physical collections.
- Encourage customers to make timely payments and clearly explain available payment options.
- Obtain and accurately record customer payment commitments, commonly referred to as Promise to Pay (PTP).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid motorcycle driving license with the ability to ride safely.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of collection processes.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and handheld devices.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with digital payment methods.
- Competence in route planning and effective time management.

Experience

- 2 to 3 years of experience in field collections, recovery, courier services, or other customer-facing field operations.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
