Experian is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join its Global Salesforce CRM Development Team. This senior, hands-on role involves designing and developing enterprise CRM and Quote-to-Cash solutions across multiple businesses and regions. The successful candidate will work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce, and enterprise integrations. Collaboration with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and global delivery teams is essential to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. The role also includes technical leadership, development, integration, and production support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Agentforce, and platform automation.
- Build and maintain integrations leveraging REST APIs, web services, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Participate actively in code reviews, design reviews, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while enhancing platform performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and uphold Salesforce engineering standards across projects.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, and Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, performance optimization, Agent Builder, and platform architecture.
- Proven experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and support enterprise integrations using REST APIs and middleware solutions.
- Experience contributing to technical solution design and architectural decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across technical, business, and global delivery teams.
