Our client, Codespark Solutions, is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This senior-level role requires a versatile technical leader who will serve as the backbone of the company’s software services. The ideal candidate will not only be a hands-on developer but also a strategic decision-maker, system architect, and mentor. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Business Development and executive leadership to evaluate client requirements and translate them into technical proposals.
- Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and technical risk mitigation.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance service offerings and improve development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior software developer or technical lead with a strong track record of delivering complex software projects.
- Expertise in multiple technology stacks and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks.
- Strong architectural skills with experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for aligning technical solutions with business goals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring developers and managing technical teams.
