Lead Verifier

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries by providing accurate and timely information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
