We are looking for a witty and strategic social media executive to oversee our company's presence on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, analyze public feedback, and report on the effects of each key undertaking. You should also keep track of all access codes.

To be successful as a social media executive, you should strike a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining consumers' interest. A top-notch social media executive will be knowledgeable about the best posting times for each social media platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct exclusive research to understand real estate industry
  2. Create monthly social media calendars
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase audience on all social media platforms
  4. Regularly post text, video, and images that engage the company’s target market, follow online conversations on a company’s social media accounts.
  5. You must constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. 
  6. Publish posts on all social platforms and placements including feed, stories, reels, groups etc.
  7. Share posts on relevant community groups on social platforms.
  8. Actively communicate marketing related news with internal staff.
  9. Organize podcast on weekly basis.
  10. Create, manage and grow employer’s own Facebook groups and community platforms.
  11. Manage inbox and comments and solve customer concerns using social media platforms. 
  12. Achieve monthly targets set by the supervisor.
  13. Social Media Managers must have an understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketing. 
  14. Timelines should be strictly followed.
  15. Assisting the HR department with hiring and training new employees.
  16. Scheduling social media posts.
  17. Preparing social media engagement and activities reports

Hiring Criteria: Skills & Qualifications:

  1.   Bachelor’s degree in internet marketing, journalism, or a related field is usually expected for this mid-level position.
  2.   01 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in sales, advertising, customer service, or public relations.
  3.  Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  4.   Experience with doing audience and buyer personal research.
  5.   Excellent multitasking skills.
  6.   Great leadership skills.
  7.   Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  8.   Team player.
  9.   Good time-management skills.
  10.   Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
