We are looking for a full stack developer to join our team who has 5+ years experience with Laravel and a frontend framework, VueJS.
This position will be fairly self-directed and we are definitely looking for someone who is a self-starter and is able to take any task and own it from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Work on a rebuild of the current application in VueJS 2
Help develop a translation and localization system
Work with our current developers on expanding the application and adding new features
Work to create form builder in Vuejs
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and subject matter experts to execute on our product roadmap
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Write clean, test driven, easily maintainable, modular code
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance
Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Gather and address technical and design requirements
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Follow emerging technologies
Integrate and maintain various API connections
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Laravel 5+ developer
Work experience with Vue JS
MySQL database experience
Linux console skills
Git
Webpack
In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development, QA, deployment)
Familiarity with front-end languages and tools (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Vue, jQuery, etc)
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Teamwork skills with a resourceful problem-solving attitude
Ability to guide and manage junior developers
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
