Academic Coordinator

We are hiring an Academic Coordinator for its Formanites Campus (Lahore) to support curriculum execution, teacher supervision, and academic quality assurance. The candidate must be highly organized, academically sound, and possess excellent communication and public dealing skills to serve as a bridge between school leadership, teaching staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing curriculum from Pre-School to Matric/O-Level levels.
Supervise lesson planning, classroom delivery, and academic progress tracking.
Coordinate academic calendars, assessments, examination schedules, and results.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for improvement.
Organize and lead teacher training and development sessions.
Serve as a liaison between parents and school management on academic matters.
Collaborate with subject coordinators and school heads to improve academic delivery.
