Responsibilities and Duties:
- Architecting and implementing technical solutions to solve our client's and business problems
- and that meet and exceed automation and integration objectives.
- Managing all aspects of the technical specifications, solution design, and implementation
- including environment specifications and integration with 3rd party components and APIs
- Join the on-call rota for 3rd line support
- Providing cross-functional technical leadership
- Interacting with our clients and counterpart and internal teams to solicit and document system-
- level technical requirements and solutions architecture
- Providing technical expertise to diagnose and resolve project-related technical issues
- Working closely with Project Management to actively support Project objectives, schedules
- and deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical degree. (preferable)
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Solutions Architect Full Stack Developer or
- equivalent role
- Must have experience in APIs, Python, JavaScript, and Web application development.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in
- presenting complex technical solutions to audiences of varying technical knowledge
- Demonstrated methodical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment, sometimes under stressful conditions, and deliver to agreed timescales
- Ability to self-learn and quickly adopt new technologies, architectures, methodologies, and products.
- Knowledge of CRM Applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of telephony, SIP-based communications, and traffic engineering
