MicroAgility APAC is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Trainee/Associate to join our team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of training programs, including preparation, scheduling, and post-training follow-up.
- Assist with both virtual and classroom-based training sessions, liaising with trainers, participants, and various departments.
- Prepare training materials, attendance records, and session requirements to ensure smooth delivery.
- Research relevant topics, case studies, and industry best practices to enhance learning experiences.
- Help develop presentations, exercises, and other learning materials to make training engaging and practical.
- Maintain accurate training documentation, track attendance and certifications, and collect participant feedback.
- Analyze training data to prepare reports on effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by gathering information on employee skill gaps and assisting in developing targeted learning solutions.
- Contribute to priority L&D projects, prepare project updates, and suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion with professionalism and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- A genuine interest in Learning & Development, adult learning principles, or Organizational Development is advantageous.
