Learning Mentors

SenPi is seeking empathetic and experienced learning mentors who are passionate about helping students achieve academic excellence through encouragement, support, and personalized guidance. Unlike traditional disciplinarians, we value mentors who build strong, positive relationships with students, motivating them with kindness and understanding rather than strictness. This role involves working closely with students to create tailored learning pathways, address their doubts, and keep them engaged and on track using our innovative app-based platform. Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized learning pathways for students using the SenPi app.
- Provide timely and empathetic support to resolve student queries and doubts.
- Maintain regular communication with students through gentle reminders and motivational nudges to ensure consistent progress.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and academic growth.
- Collaborate with the SenPi team to continuously improve the learning experience based on student feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in a science-related subject.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with students on an individual level.
- Patience and a nurturing attitude toward student development and learning challenges.
- Comfortable using digital platforms and apps to manage student learning journeys.
- Commitment to helping students achieve their full potential through encouragement rather than strict discipline.
