LearnTech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning Solutions Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of digital learning, eLearning, LMS, and workforce development projects. This role is well-suited for professionals with a solid background in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, LMS management, project management, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing teams, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of eLearning and LMS projects, ensuring all phases from initiation to closure are managed effectively. Oversee internal eLearning development teams and allocate project resources efficiently. Collaborate closely with instructional designers, developers, multimedia specialists, and LMS experts to maintain alignment and quality. Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules to meet deadlines. Conduct thorough project reviews, quality assurance checks, and governance activities to uphold standards. Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations. Maintain project dashboards, generate reports, and handle risk management and escalation processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery methodologies. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the defined quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Media Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience working on eLearning, LMS, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or digital learning projects. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively are essential. Experience with tools and platforms such as Storyline, SCORM, Moodle, Vyond, and other LMS or digital learning solutions is highly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities are critical for success in this role.
