Learning Specialist, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

Working remotely from anywhere with Wi-Fi, you will analyze AI-generated student performance data to deliver precise, timely interventions that help learners achieve mastery levels of 90% and beyond. When students encounter challenges, you’ll provide live coaching to resolve issues instantly, boosting their confidence and momentum. You will also explore deep data patterns to unlock each child’s potential and contribute to designing next-generation AI tools that could significantly accelerate learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop highly accurate Academic Data Reports and conduct systematic analyses to identify issues, flag anomalies, and initiate corrective actions within 48 hours.
- Lead rapid-response coaching calls and post-assessment sessions to address learning blockers, differentiate between knowledge gaps and errors, and sustain student motivation.
- Assess and implement new educational applications and content, while designing AI and large language model (LLM) prototypes to innovate learning strategies and solve specific challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine educational tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.
- Drive measurable improvements in student outcomes, including doubling learning velocity, increasing app engagement, enhancing lesson comprehension, improving response accuracy, and reducing negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in coaching, training, or instructional roles.
- At least one year of direct, recurring one-on-one or small-group academic coaching with K-8 students, focusing on learning habits, motivation, self-direction, test behavior, or executive-function routines (whole-class teaching alone does not meet this requirement).
- One year in a role combining hands-on data analysis with direct learner support.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, including use of lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts.
- At least six months of professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to produce tangible work outcomes.
- Availability to work six hours daily, Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
