- Selected candidates will be working in a B2B scenario where they will receive chat inquiries and they have to convert them in to leads
- There will be varying volume of inbound chats and candidates will have to type British professional English.
- Candidates have to create lead templates by filling customer contact information and send leads to clients in real time.
- Candidates have to handle chats coming from 15 different client websites without mixing any single one.
- Determines requirements by working with customers.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Create a long term rapport with customers by contacting them through chat software proactively.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests/leads.
- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in ongoing training sessions.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
