After completing the in-house orientation and training, the Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures in their area of expertise. They will be expected to create well-researched and engaging online content, collaborate with the Academic team to develop practice materials, and connect effectively with students through Nearpeer’s e-learning platforms. The role requires adaptability to evolving educational trends and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly MS PowerPoint, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of high-quality lectures for the assigned subject.
- Develop creative and well-researched online lectures aligned with the subject matter.
- Collaborate with the Academic wing to create practice materials for students.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures to enhance student learning.
- Adapt to the dynamic work environment at Nearpeer and the changing global education landscape.
- Utilize basic MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, to prepare teaching materials.
- Engage with students via Nearpeer’s dedicated e-learning and guidance platforms.
- Meet deadlines consistently and manage work pressure when required.
- Demonstrate strong comprehension, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in English Literature or Linguistics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching or working in the respective subject area.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, contract position with a duration of 24 months. The role requires working on-site and does not offer remote work options. The monthly compensation ranges from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000.
