Led Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager for Cost & Budgeting to join our finance team in JoharTown office Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in budgeting and cost control and will be responsible for collaborating closely with import and supply chain team to ensure effective financial planning and cost management of Materials. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in forecasting financial performance, analyzing budget variances, and implementing material and labor cost control measures to drive organizational financial health. You will work directly with the CFO and senior management to deliver timely and accurate financial insights that influence strategic decisions. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and cost control measures accuracy of Led bulb/SKUs,SMD chips and packing materials.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis and financial reports to provide insights into budget performance and variances and liason with customs department.
- Lead forecasting activities, incorporating various financial data to predict future costs and budgetary requirements accurately.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant data for budget preparation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize spending and improve cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Supervise and support a team of one, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high accuracy in financial data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to budgeting and cost management.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for enhanced budgeting techniques and cost-saving initiatives.
