SUMMARY:
The focus of this position is to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, telephone, and written communication skills including technical writing skills

- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge and ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and execution of assigned tasks
- Ability to work well with employees at all levels of an organization
- Ability to perform high workload under stress, pressure, and tight deadlines
- Proficient in scheduling, planning, multi-tasking, and balancing demands
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum Bachelors Degree Required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Recruit consultants from, job-boards or industry networks for projects for vendor partners or clients
- Conduct rate negotiations with vendor partners and clients
- Other responsibilities and duties as instructed and assigned by the supervisor
- Attend periodic staffing meetings
- Attend one-on-one meetings with your supervisor and clients
- Prepare and deliver to your supervisor periodic status reports
- Follow the employee handbook and all other work rules
- Comply with your Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation, Non-Competition, and Assignment of Inventions Agreement
- Perform all other duties assigned to you by the Company’s clients pursuant to applicable work orders/job assignments
