Legal Case Manager

Bush & Bush Law Group, a prominent personal injury law firm based in Texas, is seeking a skilled and organized Legal Case Manager to join our team. This role is vital in managing cases efficiently from the initial client intake through to resolution. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of personal injury litigation processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client cases throughout all stages of litigation, including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, gather and organize evidence, and assist in developing case strategies.
- Monitor court deadlines, statutes of limitations, and internal timelines to ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparing discovery responses and various legal pleadings.
- Keep case files organized, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Facilitate communication between clients, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely collection and dissemination of essential information.
- Conduct research on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support case strategies.
- Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal environment.
- Prior experience in a law firm setting as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support role is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language and exceptional reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documents accurately, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the firm’s culture.

Compensation:
The position offers a base pay ranging from $3 to $5 per hour, supplemented by a competitive bonus structure.
