We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage police and law enforcement liaison activities, oversee legal and court affairs, and coordinate field operations related to disputes and recoveries. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of local police procedures and the ability to negotiate and resolve matters efficiently at the station level. This role involves active collaboration with legal advocates, drafting and dispatching legal notices, and ensuring comprehensive follow-up on court cases. Additionally, the candidate will maintain strong relationships with local administration, law enforcement, and influential community members to support operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison with police and law enforcement agencies, utilizing in-depth knowledge of local procedures to negotiate and resolve issues promptly at the station level.
- Coordinate all legal affairs by working closely with advocates, preparing and sending legal notices, and managing court case follow-ups to ensure timely progress.
- Build and sustain robust networks within local administration, law enforcement, and key influential circles to facilitate smooth operations and effective dispute resolution.
- Manage high-pressure situations assertively, including land and property disputes, recovery operations, and handling opposition resistance during tactical field activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal liaison, field enforcement, or high-level corporate recovery roles.
- Demonstrated street-smart approach with a commanding personality capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage complex disputes and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates residing near Lahore, particularly in areas such as Baghbanpura, Daroghewala, or Shalamar, are preferred to ensure ease of access and strong local engagement.
- This is an in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs42,000.
